Job Description
Windows & More is a locally owned family business with over 22 years of experience in sales, installation, and service, specializing in Marvin Windows & Doors across Eastern North Carolina. We are looking for a motivated, success-driven individual to join our Windows & More Sales team. Sales experience is preferred but not required—we’re looking for someone with the drive to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time opportunity in the New Bern area with a company that values dedication and customer service.

Increase sales and profit margin by building ongoing relationships with Homeowners, Contractors & Design Professionals

Construction Management experience preferred

Review architecture plans, quote & sell jobs

Maintain awareness of market pricing, product innovations, competitive product lines and market trends that may affect our market

Professionally communicate written and orally in a timely manner with Homeowners, Contractors and support staff in the sale of windows & doors

Follow up on quotes and ensure the proper documentation has been sent to the appropriate office personnel

Ensure client satisfaction through open discussion. Respond to and fix issues that arise throughout the sales cycle

Problem solving abilities to think, on your feet, and proactively arrive at a solution

Detailed oriented

Must be able to work in a team environment

Attend networking functions and training seminars

Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office

Knowledge of Marvin Windows & Doors is a plus

Must have a valid drivers license, personal vehicle and travel within our geographic region of Eastern North Carolina.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000 range annually
