Since then, we’ve built a reputation among local homeowners and contractors as the trusted subject matter experts on everything windows and doors. Here at our family-owned company, we believe a great customer experience comes from providing quality products and a commitment to details. Here, our unmatched team of kindhearted professionals makes all the difference.

Our Windows & More team members are committed to the satisfaction of each individual customer. Jason Yeomans, Owner
With over three decades of experience in the window and door industry, Jason
Yeomans has built a reputation rooted in knowledge, craftsmanship, and quality. His
passion for the design and functionality of windows and doors is matched by his
dedication to helping homeowners create spaces that truly reflect their lifestyle living on the Crystal Coast.
These experiences led him to open Windows & More in 2002 in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina. In 2025, he opened his second showroom in New Bern, North Carolina, enhancing his ability to serve customers across new territories.
Jason is a native of down east Carteret County and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a minor in Business & Economics from NC State University. He lives in Morehead City with his wife Sharon and beloved dog Skye. Jason and Sharon have two daughters that also live in NC and a son Austin who passed away in a tragic car accident in 2013.
Ron Leo, Sales
Ron Leo serves as a sales consultant, covering our entire Eastern North Carolina territory serving builders, remodelers and consumers alike and has been an integral part of our Windows & More team for more than 5 years.
Ron served in the United States Marine Corp and is a graduate from Ohio Northern University with a degree in Political Science/Pre-Law.
On the millwork side he has significant experience in the window and door distribution industry and has been a valuable part of our team as we have continued to grow our business.
His millwork career includes positions as a General Manager, Vice President and CEO/owner of various enterprises all windows centric.
Ron resides in New Bern with his loving wife Debbie and their devoted Jack Russell, Simpson.
Ashton Springle, Installation Manager
Ashton has been in the construction industry for more than 27 years, of which more than 17 have been working directly with Windows & More! He holds the highest certification for a window and door installer from the Installation Master Institute, which is recognized by the WDMA (Window and Door Manufacturers Association). He prides himself on having in-depth knowledge of the best practices to combat the elements in Coastal, NC. Ashton oversees the daily operations of the installation projects from start to finish working as a liaison between the client and the installers to assure customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
Growing up on a family farm, Ashton has never shied away from hard work. He is the definition of a TEAM PLAYER and will do whatever is necessary to get the job done.
Ashton graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He continues to live on the family farm in Beaufort, NC with his wife, Debbie, their sweet pup, Skye and his sons, Davis & Ryan and their families on the property as well.
John Stewart, Operations
John is a dedicated professional who has recently joined Windows & More,
bringing over 25 years of experience in the horticultural industry and in high-
end construction management.
Having owned and operated a successful wholesale nursery business, he has
developed an exceptional understanding of design and the importance of
quality materials creating stunning outdoor spaces. Before joining our
Windows & More team, John was a construction manager for a landscaping
design firm, where he honed his skills in managing high-end residential
projects, collaborating with homeowners and home builders to bring their
visions to life. John is a graduate of Western Carolina University, earning a
degree in criminal justice. John also pursued further education at East
Carolina University in construction management. His diverse educational
background, combined with his passion for the industry, empowers him to
understand the unique needs of each project. Residing in the Wilmington
area for over 30 years, John is well versed in the local market and trends.
John currently lives in Morehead City with his wife and two beloved dogs
Nellie and Morton.
Michelle Knipe, Office Manager
Michelle has over 15 years’ experience in office management, she brings a strong work ethic and is known for her dedication, versatility, and commitment to getting the job done.
She expertly manages multiple responsibilities, serving as a key liaison between customers, team members, and upper management to support daily operational needs.
Her expertise in financial management and her collaborative work with leadership teams play an integral role in guiding company decisions, while her commitment to employee development helps foster a supportive and growth-driven workplace culture. Michelle has three sons and currently lives in Morehead City with her daughter and fur baby Apollo.
Jay Thomason, Sales & Business Development
Jay joined our team in May of 2024 bringing over 35 years of extensive experience in the landscape construction industry. He brings a wealth of knowledge specializing in high-end landscaping where every project reflects solutions that enhance outdoor quality living spaces. Jay has dedicated himself to serving both home builders and homeowners throughout his career with a commitment to providing exceptional service and quality craftsmanship. Being a lifelong resident of North Carolina, Jay has developed a passion to create beautiful spaces bringing customer's dreams to life. Jay currently resides in Emerald Isle with his wife and family.
Miles Bossard, Senior Advisor
With more than 48 years of experience in the building supply industry, Miles brings a
depth of knowledge and steady leadership to the organization. Throughout his career,
Miles has held key roles in general management, overseeing day-to-day operations, budgeting, and financial performance. Known for his commitment to mentoring and developing strong teams, Miles has played an integral role in hiring and shaping strong talent. His loyal, dependable, and measured approach has earned the trust of colleagues and customers.
Miles currently lives in Morehead City, NC with his wife Debbie of 32 years. He has 2
adult sons and one 4 legged family member name Bo.
Kevin Goldean, Sales Consultant
With over 26 years of experience in the building supply and construction industry, Kevin is recognized for genuine customer care and a strong ability to solve problems and create solutions. He enjoys working closely with homeowners and contractors, offering expertise and guidance every step of the way. Known as a dependable team player, Kevin also values giving back, with community service playing a meaningful role in his life.
Kevin is a native of Down East Carteret County, has two children and currently lives with his wife Frieda of 32 years.
Robbie Radford, Service Manager
Since 1998 Robbie has built a distinguished career in the glass and construction industry, driven by a passion for the mechanics and craftsmanship behind every project.
His expertise in installation and service, combined with a solutions-focused mindset, ensures projects are executed with accuracy and care. Recognized as a leader and team player, Robbie brings a high level of integrity and accountability to his role at Windows & More.
His versatility and ability to manage multiple responsibilities contribute to the company’s success. Robbie lives in NC with his wife Stacey.
Danielle Robb, Service Coordinator
Danielle joined our team in July of 2024 with over 15 years’ experience with customer service and is an accomplished Front Desk & Service Coordinator who is recognized for creating a warm, efficient, and highly organized reception environment. With a strong background in customer interaction and administrative support, excels at greeting visitors, managing front office workflows, and maintaining a polished, professional atmosphere. Danielle brings expertise in handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, managing our showroom, and supporting internal teams with essential clerical tasks. Her ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and a positive demeanor makes her a reliable first point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff.
Danielle lives in Newport with 2 of her children: Arionna and Richard along with their fur baby, Jared.
Thor, Pup-lic Relations
Frankly “Thor” Yeomans joined our team in October 2012 when he was just 7 weeks old. Since then, he has skyrocketed to the head of our PR department and has truly become a favorite among all our customers. He is best known for allowing visiting customers the opportunity to give him a belly rub, and he is always happy to oblige.
