Windows & More first opened shop in 2001 in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina. Since then, we’ve built a reputation among local homeowners and contractors as dependable, trusted, knowledgeable professionals who can take care of everything for a window and door project.
At Windows & More, a family-owned window and door company, we believe that a great customer experience comes from providing quality products and a commitment to details. This is where our team makes the difference.
Each team member is committed to the satisfaction of each customer. This is how we approach every project, whether it’s one replacement window or door, or all new windows and doors for an entire home. We offer the highest level of expertise and service; reliable, neat, precise installation; and ongoing support, even after the project is complete. We take the time to help our customers understand the ins and outs of selecting the best windows and doors for their home.
In addition to our commitment to our customers, Windows & More is equally committed to the development of our team. We provide ongoing education for our staff, from sales to service, so they can better serve our customers. It’s important to us that our team has a positive environment to work in, and that there’s always opportunity for growth. This philosophy goes full circle to benefit everyone involved: happy employees serving happy customers. And the team

Jason Yeomans, Owner
Jason has a passion for millwork and for helping homeowners design their homes to better suit their personal needs and to maximize the breathtaking views common on our coast. A native of down east Carteret County, Jason has always had a love for building. He started his career in the industry as a contractor salesperson to professional builders in Eastern NC. For many years, he believed that Carteret County needed a dedicated window and door company, which led him to open Windows & More in 2002. Today, nearly two decades later, Jason continues to follow his passion through his mission at Windows & More.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a minor in Business & Economics from NC State University in Raleigh. He lives in Morehead City with his wife Sharon, daughters Karlie and Olivia, and their beloved dawgs Skye and company mascot, Thor. Their son Austin passed away in a tragic car accident in 2013. -
Ron Leo, Sales
Ron Leo serves as a sales consultant, covering our entire Eastern North Carolina territory serving builders, remodelers and consumers alike and has been an integral part of our Windows & More team for more than 5 years.
Ron served in the United States Marine Corp and is a graduate from Ohio Northern University with a degree in Political Science/Pre-Law.
On the millwork side he has significant experience in the window and door distribution industry and has been a valuable part of our team as we have continued to grow our business.
His millwork career includes positions as a General Manager, Vice President and CEO/owner of various enterprises all windows centric.
Ron resides in New Bern with his loving wife Debbie and their devoted Jack Russell, Simpson. -
Ashton Springle, Installation Manager
Ashton has been in the construction industry for more than 27 years, of which more than 17 have been working directly with Windows & More! He holds the highest certification for a window and door installer from the Installation Master Institute, which is recognized by the WDMA (Window and Door Manufacturers Association). He prides himself on having in-depth knowledge of the best practices to combat the elements in Coastal, NC. Ashton oversees the daily operations of the installation projects from start to finish working as a liaison between the client and the installers to assure customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
Growing up on a family farm, Ashton has never shied away from hard work. He is the definition of a TEAM PLAYER and will do whatever is necessary to get the job done.
Ashton graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
He continues to live on the family farm in Beaufort, NC with his wife, Debbie, their sweet pup, Skye and his sons, Davis & Ryan and their families on the property as well. -
Michelle Knipe, Office Manager
Michelle joined our team with over 10 years’ experience as an office manager with a “do what it takes” attitude and ability to wear multiple hats. Her duties include responding and networking with clients, ensuring employee and company growth and satisfaction, communication with upper management regarding daily departmental needs, financial management and assisting the leadership team in company decisions.
Michelle lives in Morehead City with 2 of her 4 children: Joshua and Isabella along with their fur baby, Apollo. -
Tammy Norman, Sales & Service Coordinator
Tammy recently joined Windows & More as Service Coordinator with over 30+ years of experience in customer service. Because of that, she cares deeply about the people and families in our community. Her passion for service stems from a desire to help those around her. She looks forward to building personal relationships with customers at the Crystal Coast while helping to grow Windows and More.
When Tammy isn’t working, you can find her volunteering, cheering on the sidelines for her son, or spending time with her daughter and ‘new’ granddaughter. She enjoys gardening, spending time on the water, and traveling. Tammy is married with 3 children, 1 MIRACLE granddaughter and resides in Beaufort, NC.

Thor, Pup-lic Relations
Frankly “Thor” Yeomans joined our team in October 2012 when he was just 7 weeks old. Since then, he has skyrocketed to the head of our PR department and has truly become a favorite among all our customers. He is best known for allowing visiting customers the opportunity to give him a belly rub, and he is always happy to oblige.
